Business Intelligence Analyst

May 2021 — Present

As a BI analyst, I collaborate with management to develop comprehensive and actionable dashboards and reports related to business operation and infrastructure. Recently, I have designed a report to facilitate the billing of bandwidth consumption based on network nodes and interfaces data, assisting our company to charge our clients by usage. In addition, I have also crafted an executive-level dashboard end-to-end to assist our management to track the progress of our Cybersecurity initiatives based on NIST (security framework), centralising the data of multiple sources into a reliable source of truth for our executives. Apart from these two achievements, which costed months of development, one of my main achievements as BI Analyst was to craft the data dictionary for our main Data Mart, facilitating self-reporting for our managers.

Technical and Service Support for Access Management

Jan 2019 — Feb 2022

Beyond my regular responsibilities as an access manager, I was responsible for the monthly team's performance report, which encompassed building a comprehensive report in Excel fed by various data sources (data marts produced by the BI team, ticketing systems and other ad-hoc reports), and cross-checking the accuracy of the data before management release. Aside from mini-projects, my most outstanding impact in our team was mapping the onboarding process for Service Desk agents, designing a thorough process and setting standards for access provisioning and revocation for non-employees, which ensured data privacy and security protocols were followed by our team, Access Management. This secured me the role of main trainer and process improvement specialist.

Bid and Proposal Manager

Dec 2013 — Sept 2017

As a Bid and Proposal Manager, I orchestrated the union of various departments, forming collaborative cross-functional teams (called bid teams) to develop both technical and commercial proposals for RFPs and other bidding processes. Amongst mini-contracts and ad-hocs/addedums, my greatest achievement was leading the bid team that secured our biggest system's integration (software support) contract for a pharma company, bringing recognition and kudos from our global team after six months of bidding process. Additionally, I oversaw our leads and opportunities pipeline, generating reports on budget allocations for our bidding pursuits and identifying the most promising industries based on historical data. This strategic approach enabled us to target clients more effectively, maximizing our return on investment.

Training and Process Analyst

Sept 2012 — Dec 2013

Focused on process enhancement and documentation, I developed, assessed and recreated operational processes for our On-Site Support Global team in LATAM. My biggest achievement in this role was crafting the training material and administering all courses to multiple vendors across LATAM to support our new service acquisition in 3 months. This effort was recognised by our clients and granted me visibility with the upper management, facilitating a fast promotion to the presales team.
